- Member registration
If you register as an NeoYouth member through the NeoYouth website, you must pay attention to the following:
(i) the registration information provided must be complete and accurate;
(ii) You must enter a password when registering for the first time. This password will be used to verify your identity as an NeoYouth member and allow login to the member website;
(iii) the password can be changed at any time after completing the first registration;
(iv) your password must be properly kept, and you must not disclose your password to other people at any time or under any circumstances;
(v) We have authorized us to assume that anyone who uses the NeoYouth website with your membership number and password is you or someone who has been authorized to represent you.
- Regarding the promotional offers enjoyed by NeoYouth members, you must pay attention to the following:
(i) The validity period of all members’ exclusive benefits is only applicable to the promotional period specified in the promotion.
(ii) NeoYouth member exclusive benefits are only used by selected members, cannot be transferred to others, and can only be used once.
(iii) When using NeoYouth members to enjoy the privileges, they must present the complete product coupon or cash coupon number provided by NeoYouth to be valid.
(iv) Calculation method of price discount for specific product coupons: We will deduct the amount of the specific product coupons first, and then calculate the member discount to allow members to enjoy double discounts.
(v) The product promotion coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other cash coupons.
(vi) In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

(e) Communicating joint promotion or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, trades, celebrities, magazines, television, websites, mileage programs, cultural, art or musical societies/ organizations, charities or nonprofit organizations; and
(f) Cross brand joint promotions and/ or events with brands within NeoYouth.
If at any other point of time you do not wish us to use your personal data for use in direct marketing as described above, you may exercise your opt-out rights by notifying us through the communication channels as stated in paragraph 7 below.

All personal data provided by you will be properly stored in our customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized persons who have received training on our privacy policies.
