1. 配送範圍

所有訂單將由順豐速運或 Gogovan（下稱「承運人」）安排配送。

一、香港地區

特別地區將產生額外費用，由客戶自行承擔：

• 愉景灣、沙頭角禁區、離島（長洲、南丫島、大澳、坪洲等）
• 唐樓五樓或以上（無電梯）

二、中國內地／澳門／台灣／新加坡／馬來西亞

所有送往上述地區的訂單，NeoYouth 美康萊環球有限公司將以一般郵遞或特快郵遞方式寄送。

2. 配送公司

您訂購的產品將由 NeoYouth 美康萊環球有限公司指定承運人（順豐速運或 Gogovan）配送至您所提供的送貨地址。透過本網站訂購所有產品，即視為同意由上述承運人負責發貨。

3. 標準配送時間

本公司將於確認收到全數款項後 2–5 個工作天內 處理訂單並安排寄送。

請注意：

• 恕不接受寄送至郵政信箱的訂單。
• 上述配送時間僅供參考，實際送達時間可能因地區而異。
• 星期六、星期日及公眾假期不安排出貨。
• 本條款所指「工作天」不包括星期六、星期日、公眾假期，以及香港懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號的日子。

如未能於預計時間內完成配送，我們將主動通知您。屆時您可選擇繼續等待貨品送達，或取消訂單並獲全額退款。除上述安排外，本公司將不提供其他賠償。

4. 配送限制

• 訂單確認後如需更改送貨地址，請盡快聯繫客戶服務部。
• 恕不提供指定配送日期或時間服務。
• 恕不接受指定承運人以外的快遞公司安排。

5. 爭議處理

如有任何爭議，NeoYouth 美康萊環球有限公司保留最終決定權。

 

 

Logistics & Shipping Policy

AJC Investment Ltd offers free shipping promotions on its official NeoYouth online store. Please refer to the terms below for details.

1. Shipping Coverage

All orders will be delivered by SF Express or Gogovan (the “Carrier”).

I. Hong Kong Region

Additional charges may apply for special areas and shall be borne by the customer:

• Discovery Bay, Sha Tau Kok Closed Area, Outlying Islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Tai O, Peng Chau, etc.)
• Walk-up buildings on the 5th floor or above (without elevator access)

2. Shipping Carrier

All products ordered will be delivered by the carrier designated by AJC Investment Ltd (SF Express or Gogovan) to the shipping address you provide. By placing an order through this website, you agree to have all products shipped by the said carrier.

3. Standard Delivery Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after full payment is confirmed.

Please note:

• We do not accept orders for shipment to P.O. boxes.
• The delivery times provided are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary by region.
• No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
• For the purposes of this policy, “business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days on which Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is hoisted in Hong Kong.

If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you. You may choose to wait for the delivery or cancel the order for a full refund. Other than the above, no further compensation will be provided.

4. Delivery Restrictions

• If you need to change the shipping address after order confirmation, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
• We do not offer scheduled delivery dates or time slots.
• We do not accept requests to use a carrier other than our designated carrier.

5. Disputes

In the event of any dispute, AJC Investment Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
