Exchange or Replacement Policy

If the product(s) is /are damaged during transportation process, please submit your claim to the related company. If you find the purchased item does not match with your order, please email us within 3 working days after the purchase date. Please note the exchange or replacement can only be made once and it must be verified by our Customer Services.
