Your ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address you provide or choose (as applicable) via NeoYouth NMN Hong Kong's designated carrier, SF Express or Gogovan ("Carrier"). You agree that all products ordered through this website will be shipped by this Carrier.

The Products you order will be sent, via the designated carrier by NeoYouth NMN Hong Kong, SF Express or Gogovan ("Carrier"), to the designated address that you have given, as the case may be. You agree that all Products ordered via the Website shall be shipped by the best suit Carrier we choose.
3. Standard Delivery Time
We will process your order and ship it via SF Express within 2-5 business days after confirming full payment. Please note that we cannot and do not accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes. The above delivery times are estimates only, and the actual delivery time will vary depending on the selected area or region. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For the purposes of these terms, "business day" means excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and any day when the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is No. 8 or above, or when a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued in Hong Kong.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the above-mentioned estimated delivery time, we will notify you, and your options are to wait for the product to arrive or cancel your order and receive a refund. We will not offer you any further compensation beyond the above.

Please note that we are unable to and we do not accept order to ship Products to PO boxes. The above delivery time is estimate only, and the exact delivery time will vary depending on region and district being selected. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "business days" mean any days which exclude Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays and any days on which a tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued in Hong Kong.
If we fail to deliver the products within the estimated delivery time above, we will inform you and your sole and exclusive remedy is to choose either to wait for products to be delivered, or to cancel your order and get refund. Apart from the foregoing, we will not make any compensation to you.

If you need to change the delivery address after order confirmation , please contact customer service .
We do not offer services for specifying delivery dates and times.
Requesting services from other courier companies is not supported.
