Everyone has different ways of relieving work stress, and sometimes it's necessary to try different methods to find the one that suits you best. Here are some suggestions from the author:

Open yourself up and seek support: This is very important. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed but are afraid or unwilling to express it. Therefore, remind yourself to open your heart appropriately and seek support and assistance when necessary. You can talk to friends, family, or professionals who can offer advice, support, and understanding to prevent irreversible mental and physical problems caused by overwhelming stress.

Clearing your stress reservoir: It's recommended to find relaxing and enjoyable activities to shift your focus and release stress, such as exercising, shopping, listening to music, watching movies, and enjoying good food—these are all common methods. Find activities you enjoy, relax your mind and body, and regularly schedule time to clear your stress reservoir. This will help you maintain a balance between mind and body and recharge your spirit.

Adjusting Expectations and Commitments: Learn to adjust your expectations of others and yourself, and avoid being overly demanding. Learn to say "no" and refuse requests that exceed your capacity. Do things within your capabilities; this will help you better manage your time and energy and avoid excessive stress.

Take a break from work: This is advice to ensure you get enough rest and to restore your mental and physical energy. Outside of work, set boundaries for yourself and don't constantly reply to emails and messages. This avoids continuous mental stress, allows you more time to rest, prevents excessive mental and physical exhaustion, and helps maintain sleep quality.

Use aromatherapy oils: Aromatherapy oils help relax the mind and body, healing tiredness and stress. Different essential oils have different effects; for example, lavender, bergamot, and frankincense are often used to relieve stress and soothe emotions. You can use an aromatherapy lamp or diffuser in your studio or bedroom, or put a few drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and take deep breaths.

When searching for the most suitable way to relax, you may find that different situations require different methods, or you may need to combine multiple methods to achieve the best relaxing effect. Most importantly, give yourself the time and space to try different relaxation techniques, find the one that works best for you, and incorporate it into your daily life to maintain physical and mental well-being.
