Recruit reports: Wellness tips for working women

As a working mother of three, I want to continue to strive in my career, but I don't want to miss out on spending quality time with my children. I also want to have my own private "Me Time" and enjoy time with my partner. Even with a mountain of work every day, I remind myself to maintain balance in my busy life, starting with small things each day to ensure my physical and mental health. Only by taking good care of my body and loving myself can I have the strength to balance work and family.

In the morning, I choose different drinks to go with my breakfast to absorb different nutrients. For example, hot ginger honey helps with bowel movements and weight loss, hot lemon honey helps with weight loss and eliminates bad breath, hot lemon water is good for digestion and skin whitening, hot goji berry honey can protect the eyes, green tea can reduce fat, and Earl Grey tea can promote heart health and digestion. These drinks all have good antioxidant effects. In addition, I also take NMN supplements every day, so it's easy to slow down aging.

I also enjoy quietly reading the newspaper in the morning, absorbing different news and interesting events, big and small. This "spiritual nourishment" adds to my wisdom and keeps me aware of society. In addition, after breakfast, I breathe fresh air in a nearby park, infusing my body with oxygen. I also like to take a walk while listening to music, stretching my muscles, and sometimes I go for a run. This makes me feel energetic and cheerful all day long!

On busy workdays, to ensure I have enough time to spend with my children, I arrange to pick them up from school or have lunch with them before or after meeting guests. Sometimes, I unexpectedly go to school to accompany them home, chatting along the way to catch up on their day. This kind of parent-child time is very important for building close relationships and enhancing mutual understanding, and it also makes me feel the nourishment of maternal love.

At the same time, I value my personal time because it's an opportunity for relaxation, recharging, and personal growth. Whether it's reading a good book, learning a new skill, getting a new haircut, or enjoying a delicious meal, these activities bring me joy and satisfaction, and make me more energetic to face the challenges of life and work.

Finally, I also value my relationship with my partner very much. We try to set aside a date every two weeks to a month so that we can quietly enjoy "just the two of us" and increase communication and interaction. This condensed dating time helps to enhance the emotional connection between us; and "being in love" can also produce three happy chemicals, including dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins, so women in love are generally more beautiful.

In short, as a mother, no matter how busy you are, you must take care of yourself. Remember that taking care of yourself is essential to better care for your family and cope with life's various challenges. Maintaining a balanced life and focusing on your physical and mental well-being is crucial. Wishing you physical and mental health and happiness!
